Electrical

1. The dc resistance: the finished cable at 20 ºC conductive wire core dc resistance is not greater than 5.09 Ω/km

2. The insulation resistance: the finished insulation resistance of cable at 20 ºC should not less than 1014 Ω. Cm, finished cable insulation resistance at 90 ºC is not less than 1011 Ω. Cm

3. The sheath surface resistance: resistance of the finished cable sheath surface should be not less than 109 Ω.

Cable structure

Conductor: tinned copper wire 2.5, 4, 6, 10, 16 mm² 2 PV1 - F

18, 16 and 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 mm² PV wire

Insulation: > 0.5mm thick with low smoke and halogen material, and meet the specified limit of the customer.

Sheath: low smoke and halogen free material thickness > 0.5mm.

The solar cable is also called PV cable, which connects photovoltaic modules and inverters, and the cable is used in 600/1000V AC1500V DC. Solar energy systems are often used under harsh environmental conditions, such as high temperature and ultraviolet radiation. Therefore, the solar cable is different from ordinary cables.
